Suva Fifteens rugby players dominate the Fiji Warriors team that will take on the Fiji Barbarians in the opening match of the IRB Pacific Rugby Cup competition tomorrow.

Alefoso Yalayalatabua, Leone Nakarawa, Dale Tonawai, Epeli Ruivadra and Aminisitai Niukula have forced their way into the starting line-up while Manasa Saulo and Nikola Matawalu are on the reserve bench.

Tonawai will also captain the Fiji Warriors.

Meanwhile two overseas based players have been named in the Fiji Barbarians team.

Hong Kong based Joe Nabou and Auckland based prop Navi Bolatagici will be out to impress the National Selectors and earn a place in the Flying Fijians squad for the IRB Pacific Nations Cup.

Waqabaca Kotobalavu who helped Fiji Sevens team win the Hong Kong Sevens last year is also included in the starting line-up while Emosi Vucago is on the reserve bench for the Babas.

FRU Chief Executive Keni Dakuidreketi said this is a chance for players to prove themselves and that's why there are few overseas based players in the Fiji Barbarians team.
