Suva on track in Kaji rugby
There were two rounds of competition for all grades and the Suva Blues franchise won all their games.
Touranment co-ordinator, Osea Tuivakano, says that Suva managed to win all the games in both rounds of the competition, but they will have to watch out for the last round of pool games tomorrow.
Tuivakano adds that despite winning, Suva still has alot to improve on especially their defence and handling errors that allowed other teams to score, especially meeting up with the teams like Northland Bulls in the U-9 and neighbours and arch rivals Nasinu tomorrow.
Looking at some of the results from this afternoon's games: in the U-9 Suva beat Naitasiri Highlanders 5-0, Naitasiri South thrashed Nasinu Warriors 26-0, in the U-10 Suva hammered Wainimala Hydro 42-0, in the U-11 Suva Blues beat Namosi Hurricanes 7-0 and hosts Tailevu South held Nasinu to a nil-all draw, in the Under-12 Suva Blues hammered Naitasiri Highlanders 42-0, in the Under-13 Suva Blues thrashed Namosi 56-0 and in the Under-14 grade Suva Blues beat Namosi 14-0.
