Suva soccer team has claimed the first spot on the National soccer league points table after registering maximum points in its two matches over the weekend.

Suva thrashed Nadroga 6-0 yesterday while on Friday, Suva beat Rewa 1-0.

The Capital city team now has 12 points from four matches.

Meanwhile, in other matches Lautoka defeated Labasa 2-1 while Nadi and Navua played to a nil-all draw.

Lautoka had walloped Savusavu 5-0 on Saturday.
