The management of the Suva soccer team is currently meeting to discuss the plans for their 2014 Courts IDC victory celebrations.
Head coach Gurjeet Singh said that the players deserve a special acknowledgment after a tough tournament.
Singh added Suva was not able to lift the prestigious Courts IDC trophy in their home ground for the last 31 years.
The Capital side last won the IDC at the ANZ stadium in 1983 when Aisea Mocelutu scored the winning goal against Ba.
The celebration is expected to be held this Saturday with the venue to be confirmed this afternoon.
