Suva has now been included in the 2011 Pillay Garments Champions League.
This has been confirmed the Fiji Football Association.
The capital side makes up the fourth side in the competition which also includes defending champion Rewa, Ba and Labasa.
According to Kumar Fiji FA Board of Control reconsidered their decision and thus agreed to include Suva in the Champions League which will mark the start of the 2012 Fiji FA season.
Kumar said the board looked at the structure of the tournament and felt that more participation will be a major boost for the Champions League and thus Suva as Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants runner-up were included.
The 2011 Pillay Garments Champions League will be played from January 13-15, 2012 at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
Kumar said the other participating districts namely Rewa, Ba and Labasa have also agreed on the decision.
