The Suva soccer team received a timely boost to their Vodafone Fiji Fact campaign after the Fiji Football Association gave the green light for Rewa reps Lisala Vetaukula and Harris Bali to play in their first game against Nadi tonight.

Rewa was demanding a sum of $8,000 for the duo's release but Fiji FA after meeting with Suva soccer officials this morning agreed to allow both players to be part of the capital city side in the Fiji Fact.

Bali and Vetaukula will team up with Seimata Chille, Esava Samudre, Jone Lati, Filimoni Boletawa and Krishna Sami in the Suva line-up that will take on Nadi in the last game of day 1 at 8.45pm.

The 2009 Vodafone Fiji Fact will be officially open at 4.30pm with the first game at 5pm where Rewa will take on Tavua.

Live commentary on our sister radio station Sargam will start at 6.15pm where Nasinu will take on Ba.

At 7.30pm defending champion Navua will face Labasa and the last game at 8.45pm Suva will play Nadi.
