The Suva Under 13 rugby side continues its unbeaten run in the Milo Kaji tournament which is currently underway at the ANZ Stadium.

Suva beat Cakaudrove East 10-0 this afternoon after thrashing Navosa 22-nil earlier today.

Suva Under 13 Captain Iliesa Yalogivau said they did not start well this morning because it was their first game.

The Marist Brothers Primary School Class 8 student added that he reminded his players that every team is the same.


While opening the tournament this morning, Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama told the players that Milo Kaji is where it all begins for them to become Flying Fijians.

Commodore Bainimarama also acknowledged the support of the parents and relatives for supporting the youngsters.

Meanwhile, in the other Under 13 results, Namosi Hurricanes beat Wainimala 19-5, Nadi defeated Beqa Yanuca 17-0, Ba edged Lami 8-5, Ra lost 7-0 to Tailevu and Namosi beat Navosa 5-0.

Nasinu defeated Nadroga 7-0, Koro won by default over Bua,
Lautoka beat Kadavu 7-0, Naitasiri lost to Namosi West 5-0, Nasinu and Cakaudrove drew nil-all, Nadroga defeated Koro 7-5 while Lautoka beat the Highlanders 12-0.

In the Under 14 grade, Nadi hammered Namosi West 20-0, Lauotka beat Taveuni 10-3, Suva thrashed Lami 20-0, Cakaudrove thumped Naitasiri Warriors 22-0 and Nasinu hammered Wainimala 24-0.
