A Suva businessman charged with drink and drive appeared in Suva Magistrate court this afternoon.
Himmat Lodhia appeared in Suva Magistrate Court this afternoon and denied the allegation.
It is alleged that Lodhia refused to undergo a breathalyzer test.
The matter has been adjourned to 21st January.
Lodhia has been released on bail and has been ordered to surrender his travel documents.
