Digicel has announced a $22,000 cash sponsorship deal for the Suva Volleyball Club competition which begins this Saturday.
Digicel Fiji Marketing Manager Sheryl Singh said they are looking forward to improving the competition and increasing the teams and players this season.
Suva Volleyball Club Treasurer Viliame Katia said the tournament will run for 18 weeks with $700 invested every week from Digicel for outreach programs to designated clubs and schools.
The Digicel support includes full playing uniforms to the 12 clubs in the competition.
