A Suva Soccer Official and two soccer players appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court this morning after they earlier pleaded guilty to assaulting referee Dhiren Kewal during the Battle of the Giants Soccer tournament.
The three Riyaz Hussein, Fredric Dutt, Yogesh Narayan appeared for Magistate, Aminisasi Katovualiku and their lawyer Leena Goundar requested for further time to reconcile with the victim.
The court had earlier stated that it is a reconcilable offence and that the three must seek to reconcile with Kewal.
They have been given time until the 4th of September to bring the victim to court for reconciliation.
