The Suva Kaji under-13 team has defeated Navosa 22-0 in the first game of Milo Kaji tournament at the ANZ stadium.

In other results, Northland under 13 beat Tavua Vatukoula 12-0 in the second game.

Wainimala and Namosi Hurricanes are currently playing in the under 13 grade.

While opening the tournament this morning, Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama told the players that Milo Kaji is where it all begins for them to become Flying Fijians.

Commodore Bainimarama also acknowledged the support of the parents and relatives for supporting the youngsters.

Over 3,000 Primary School students are taking part in this year's Kaji tournament which will be held over four days and will feature 28 districts from around the country including newcomers Namuka-i-Lau.
