The Digicel Suva International 7s kicks off in the next half-an-hour and all 16 teams taking part have arrived at the TFL stadium.

Most of the players taking part, like the entire Fiji Barbarians team, the Samoan Barbarians, USA, Canada and even some boys from the local based teams, are raring to give it their best to confirm their places in the next IRB series tournament in New Zealand next month.

The first game of the tournament at 4:40pm will be between the Waisale Serevi coached team from Papua New Guinea and the Josateki Savou coached Wardens team and the match has drawn alot of interest as both coaches have worked together in the past years and their combination helped win the IRB series in 2007.

Canada's Al Carvelli, who has led his team to alot of upsets against Fiji is also out to prove himself and former captains from Samoa, Uale Mai and Ofisa Treviranus from the Samoa Barbarians team, are determined of a good outing.

The next match will be at 5:02pm when Western Force take on Police, at 5:24pm Canada plays Veiyasana Fijians followed by Tonga against Waimanu.

Then at 6:23pm Manawatu takes on Suva, at 6:45pm USA plays Army, at 7:07pm Samoa take on Ratu Filise and the last match of the day today will be between Fiji Barbarians and Northern Sharks.
