16 teams will be drawn into four pools of 4 in the Suva International 7s that will be held in Suva next month.

It has been confirmed that hosts Fiji will head Pool A, USA lead Pool B, Manawatu the team from New Zealand that has been coached by Gordon Tietjens and has the likes of Lote Raikabula and Tomasi Cama will head Pool C while Samoa head Pool D.

The other teams including Tonga, Hong Kong, Western Force, Suva, Ratu Filise, Waimanu, Army, two Wild card teams, Labasa 7s winners and Labasa 7s runners up will be drawn into the pools when the draws are made tomorrow.

After Pool play, the top teams in each Pool will enter the Cup quarterfinals and the bottom two teams will enter the Bowl quarterfinals, the same format as a 16 team tournament in the IRB World 7s Series.

The Suva International 7s will be held at the TFL stadium in January.
