Suva 15's Rugby Captain Dale Tonawai is not under any pressure at all in leading his side against a Naitasiri team coached by his mentor Joji Rinakama, in the Colonial Farebrother Sullivan trophy challenge.

They were part of the Nadroga team in 2005 that lost the Farebrother to Suva, and Tonawai said he has alot of respect for Rinakama who played an instrumental role in guiding him in his early rugby days however on Saturday he has a job to do in leading Suva to try and wrestle the Farebrother from Naitasiri.

Tonawai believes Rinakama's coaching tactics has improved alot since he started his coaching career in 2003 and now in his home province he has alot to prove on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Suva 15's Manager Isei Rayawa believes that Tonawai's leadership quality has been his strength and the capital city side will rely on him to guide them through against Naitasiri.
