John Sutton’s inclusion in the Fiji Bati side for the Rugby League World Cup is still in doubt.

The South Sydney Rabbitohs captain who was earlier named in the final Fiji Bati squad has already shown his availability but hasn’t arrived in camp.

Fiji National Rugby League General Manager Tomy Finau said the confirmation of Sutton’s participation will come from Bati coach Rick Stone when he arrives in the country this evening.

Finau also confirmed that other overseas players that will arrive tonight include captain Petero Civoniceva, brothers, Ashton, Tariq and Korbin Sims, Wes and Kevin Naiqama along with lone Super League player Daryl Millard.

Meanwhile, the Rugby League World Cup kicks off on the 27th of this month with Fiji taking on Ireland in their first match on the 29th.
