Police have confirmed that the suspect taken into custody in relation to the discovery of substances suspected to be illicit drugs at the Nadi International Airport yesterday is a Foreign National.
Spokesperson Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said that the Foreign National is the disembarking passenger from an international flight yesterday morning who was found with the substance.
He confirmed receiving the report and the analysis of the substance.
Investigations continue.
