If students are supported well, they will be confident in the examination room.

This is the advice of Interim Education Minister Filipe Bole to students, parents and teachers as the Fiji Junior Exam is underway, the Fiji Seventh Form Exam starts next Monday and Fiji School Leaving Certificate Exam is in less than a fortnight on November 11th.

Bole said students are to be encouraged and supported with motivation and prayers adding that this is not the time to threaten them or make them feel obligated to perform as the outcome of any negative comment or action could be disastrous.

The Ministry of Education wishes all students good luck for their upcoming papers.

Meanwhile, the Fiji Eighth Year Examination results have been dispatched to district education offices around the country.

A total of 16,102 class eight students sat the examination at 673 centres.

Schools have been advised that they can collect their results from the various district education offices later today.
