It is the year of the Rugby World Cup and all eyes will be on the Flying Fijians to do us proud in New Zealand.
And with this in mind, Fiji Rugby Union Chairman Bill Gavoka has urged people to get behind the side as rugby helps bring everyone together for a common cause.
Meanwhile, he added that with the Digicel Fiji 7s team being ranked number 10 in the world and with the Flying Fijians coming off a Northern Hemisphere Tour, 2011 looks to be a fruitful year.
The Digicel Fiji 7s team’s next game is in the first week of February at the New Zealand 7s while in September the RWC kicks off.
