Sunflower Aviation Limited has unveiled plans to construct the first of its kind in Fiji, a multimillion dollar Aircraft Maintenance Base and Training Facility at the Nadi International Airport.
Sunflower Chairman Don Collingwood told Fijivillage that the new venture will provide space to service private and corporate aircraft using Fiji for a dedicated or transit stop over.
Collingwood through the project and their subsidiary company, the Pacific Flying School, this venture will not only open up new employment opportunities but help produce highly trained pilots and engineers.
