This afternoon's clash between Police and Army 15s Rugby Team is shaping out to be possibly the best ever Sukuna Bowl Annual clash in the last 59 years.
That is how the two sides sum up their preparation for this afternoon's battle of the forces at the TFL Stadium.
Police vice Captain Aporosa Vata did not hide the fact that his boys are in for their toughest assignment, especially since they are enjoying record winning streak of 5 years in a row.
Vata said the input of Naitasiri coach Reverend Joji Rinakama shows the importance of the Sukuna Bowl to the Army team.
Army team manager, Major Penioni Naliva said the players know they cannot afford another defeat from the Police team.
The Police and Army Sukuna Bowl clash starts this afternoon at 4pm and you can catch a live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
Meanwhile, the Police soccer team beat Army 3-1 this morning to win the soccer competition.
Police goals came from Neel Chand, Peni Tirikula and Rewa team goalkeeper, Simione Tamanisau.
