The sugar industry is bouncing back and the Ministry responsible said sugar is expected to rake in close to $200 million this year.
Permanent Secretary for Sugar Manasa Vaniqi said they are on an upward trend and is confident that mill and farm efficiencies will bring the desired results.
Vaniqi said the worst for the sugar industry may be behind us.
