The Sugar City will start looking colourful from today as Sugar Festival begins.
With the Theme of "To raise funds and help poor and needy", Sugar Festival Association Administration Officer, Anita Raj, said they aim to raise more than $180,000 this year which wil be used for needy students and people seeking medical assistance.
The weeklong Festival has a total of five contestants taking part.
