In its effort to cater for the high housing demand between Suva to Nausori, the Housing Authority has signed an agreement with Bulileka Hire Services to carry out the subdivision of its land at Wainibuku, at a cost of $6.7 million.
At the ground breaking ceremony today, Housing Authority chairman Samuela Saumatua said that once the development is complete, the subdivision will assist up to 300 families.
The subdivision will also have structured amenities such as proper roads, water and sewerage.
