Students should abstain from engaging themselves in sexual activities during and after the Coca Cola Games this weekend.
This is the message from the Health Ministry as there are clear indications based on statistics that there is increased sexual activity amongst students during and after the Fiji Finals.
Spokesperson, Peni Namotu said the trend remained consistent based on the rise in the Sexually Transmitted Infections after the games.
Namotu said there are three events where they see a rise in sexually transmitted infections and urgent action is needed due to the increase in unprotected sex involving students.
