It's a cry for help as we have to endure the neglected and deteriorating state of school facilities.
These are the sentiments of current students of Suva Grammar School to ex-students during the 50th Golden Jubilee Celebrations through their "Photo voice Project" which is a display of photos showing the poor state of some of the school facilities which are in need of urgent upgrading and repair works.
Form 7 student Ilisoni Uluitoba who was also instrumental in putting together the photo display with the help of ex-students from the 90's decade, said through the photos they want to show the true picture of the state of the school facilities that they use on a daily basis.
Meanwhile SGS 90's decade representative Sala Tamani who helped the students put together the project, said the neglect of the maintenance of school property is not the only issue raised by the students.
SGS ex-students will pledge towards the projects after which money collected will go towards a Trust Fund.
The Suva Grammar School 50th Golden Jubilee Celebrations continues today with the 2000's decade holding a fun day at the school.
