Students must not demand change if the Free Transport Assistance coupon they have is more than their bus fare.
These are the sentiments of Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office Lt Colonel Pio Tikoduadua as there have been reports that some students are demanding 20c change, if they have 80c coupons and their bus fares are 60c.
Tikoduadua said this is not how the scheme works.
Tikoduadua adds there is a payment system in place for the coupons between the Education Ministry and the bus companies.
