Thirty children from Sigatoka spent three exciting days at the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park as part of the "Eco-Workshop" sponsored by the British High Commission.

Park manager Jason Tutani said the theme of this year's workshop is based around discovering the dunes and allows children in the region to have more of an understanding and appreciation of their environment.

Sigatoka Methodist Primary School class 4 student Akanisi Waqabuli who attended the workshop, said she learned a lot of new things about the environment.
