Police are now looking at ways Head Teachers could report incidents where primary school students are involved in criminal or any illegal activity.
According to Head of Community Policing Unaisi Vuniwaqa there are incidents which go unreported and the child is not made to realize what he or she has done wrong.
Vuniwaqa stressed that if action is not taken, it could be too late.
