Tertiary students has been charged with producing fake notes and will appear in the Suva Magistrates court on Monday.
Police have confirmed that the four together with a cane cutter from Rakiraki were arrested after police confiscated more than 3,000 counterfeit Fijian dollars from them.
Police also managed to confiscate laptops, printers and other equipment used to produce the counterfeit notes.
They have been charged with alleged Forgery, Uttering False Documents and producing fake notes.
The four students are renting in Samabula to attend tertiary institutions.
