Expect a radio station that is totally run by students.
Director for Journalism at the Fiji Institute of Technology, Elia Vesikula said that with the $150 000 dollar funding from AusAid, the FIT Media studies has received, they will be able to have the radio station up and running in the next few months.
Last year, Communications Fiji Ltd fully funded the setting up of a new radio studio at the FIT Raiwai campus.
Meanwhile, yesterday a fully state of the art computer lab was officially opened at the Campus with 30 computers for the Journalism students.
