A 23 year old tertiary student of Nadi died after he fell in the Raralevu reservoir during a drinking party last night.
Deputy Director Police Operations SP Erami Raibe has confirmed that the deceased is originally from Raralevu but attends FIT in Nadi, and was in his village to attend a wedding when they started drinking with friends.
According to Raibe, the group then planned to drink near the Raralevu reservoir where the incident took place.
He said Navy divers have been called to help in the search.
