Australia and New Zealand expect Pacific Island leaders to take strong decisions against Fiji after the interim government decided not to attend the Pacific Islands Leaders Forum in Niue from tomorrow.
At a press conference in Auckland this afternoon, New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark said they now expect the Pacific Leaders in Niue to make some strong decisions against Fiji.
Clark also told TVNZ that she does not know how to deal with people like Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama after he announced that Fiji will not attend this week's Pacific Islands Forum in Niue.
Meanwhile, Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd said they are not satisfied with the reasons being given by Fiji not to attend the Forum.
