The past 16 days of the nurses' strike has never been about one's political agenda.
This is the view of Fiji Nursing Association General Secretary, Kuini Lutua who adds that the past 16 days has also taught her about leadership.
When Village News asked on whether the nursing association would pursue a solution to their grievances with the interim administration, Lutua said this would only be pursued once democracy returned.
Lutua added that the coup culture must stop in Fiji, for its own benefit.
