Fiji Bank and Finance Sector Union members that went on strike will have to wait until the New Year before they will know their fate.
Speaking to Village news, Fiji National Provident Fund board Chairman, Peceli Vocea said that the union knew of the Board's decision before taking their strike action.
However, Union General Secretary Pramod Rae said that they know where they stand but will continue to fight for their entitlement.
This is after 200 FNPF workers walked off their jobs for not being paid their COLA for 3 years and not being awarded their bonus payments for this year.
