Strict measures put in place by the Health Ministry have seen health personals reporting to work on time now.

These are the words of Ministry=s PRO Iliesa Tora who said that they had to implement strict measures after they started getting complaints from people that medical professionals are not at work on time or take longer tea-break making the patients wait for many hours.

However, he said this is now improving as the entire Ministry ordered all the major hospitals, health centers and nursing stations to monitor what time their staff start and finish work.

Tora said that all health staffs know that disciplinary action will be taken against them if they report late to work without a valid reason and take longer tea-breaks.

He said they are having customer services programs for staff on all levels now to see that customers are provided with the best services.
