Close to 35 Head Girls and Head Boys from secondary schools around the country who were part of a day long discussion, have called for Government to relook at their implementation and monitoring policy for environmental laws.

The Group were part of the International Day Celebrations organised by the Youth Ministry where the 150 participants discussed the resolutions from the recent Pacific Youth Festival.

Ministry Spokesperson, Jacob Itautoka said that they included youths so that the Ministry would know how to better implement the PYF Resolution on a national level.

Itautoka adds that one of the main issues raised was how Government can assist in environmental law implementations in schools.
