Residents of Veisari are being reminded to store sufficient water as there would be a water shut down tonight from 10 to 5pm on Thursday.
The water shutdown is to allow Lead Detection Control Unit works.
The areas that will be affected include the Queens Road from Kalekana junction right to the Veisari Area, the Samoan Settlement, Uduya Point, Father Law Home, Wailekutu Road, Red Hill, Namuka-I-Lau Settlement, Rabi Settlement, Bilo Settlement, Plant World and Naikorokoro Rd.
Residents are also asked to arrange for the shutdown of any automatic water using systems during this time.
