Stopwatch is Yee’s only opponent
These are the comments of Yat Sen Secondary School sprinter Kayla Yee who is going in as favorite in the junior girls 100 and 200 meters event at the Coca-Cola Games.
In the 100 meters, she clocked a time of 12.1 seconds and in the 200 meters, she clocked a time of 25.8 seconds in the Suva Zone 2.
Yee said she is confident of achieving a better time at the Coca-Cola Games.
Meanwhile, Tamara Patrick of St Josephs Secondary School will be providing stiff competition to Yee as she finished second best in both events at the Suva Zone 2.
