Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum said the NZ government and other critics should stop making allegations that Fiji's judiciary is not independent without any substantial evidence.
While answering TV3's questions, Sayed-Khaiyum said the government's critics are just misleading people, and he stressed that there is no interference in the judicial process.
Sayed-Khaiyum also said that the election is not the only answer for Fiji at this stage.
He said the social, economic and political reforms are necessary.
He also said that the NZ government and most of the NZ media are embracing fugitive, Ratu Tevita Mara only for one reason without even verifying what he is claiming.
