There is still no word from the Malaysian government to the Interim Regime on whether they have accepted former Land Force Commander, Colonel Pita Driti to be Fiji's ambassador to Kuala Lumpur.
Interim Foreign Affairs Minister, Ratu Epeli Nailatikau said he expects the decision to be made after the month long fasting of Muslims which ends next month.
Colonel Driti earlier told Village news that he will be waiting patiently for the appointment.
