A non government organisation is calling on the Commonwealth Secretariat to stick to their words and show it's commitment to convene the Presidential political forum in the country.
Citizens Constitutional Forum Chief Executive, Reverend Akuila Yabaki said Commonwealth Secretary General, Kamlesh Sharma had said the Commonwealth had assured they will do all they can to focus nation building.
Yabaki said the lack of communication by the Commonwealth on preparations for the political forum is creating uncertainty in the country and the forum should get underway to avoid the situation getting worse.
He also adds that lack of commitment is creating further tension between the SDL Party Leader, Laisenia Qarase and Interim Prime Minister.
Yabaki believes that the forum should include more than one session so that stakeholders have time to think and come back to reaffirm their consensus.
