New Digicel Fiji 7's coach, Iliesa Tanivula will have to work closely with the National selectors for the remainder of the IRB 7's Series and the defense of the Melrose Cup in March.
Acting FRU CEO, Keni Dakuidreketi has made it clear that National Rugby Coach whether it is in 15's code or 7's will have to stick by the selection criteria which is in place right now.
Dakuidreketi said that Tanivula has agreed to that.
He added the selection process is fundamental for any team that will leave our shores for national duty.
Tanivula now has only 5 days to mould his team for the Wellignton 7's which kicks-off next Friday. Fiji has been drawn into the same Pool with Samoa, USA and Cook Islands and will have their opening game against USA at 12.44pm
