The Nadroga Stallions rugby team today received a timely boost to the start of the 15's rugby season with a sponsorship from Outrigger on the Lagoon.
General Manager, Peter Hopgood said the $45,000 dollars sponsorship will be used by the Nadroga team for the Digicel Cup and Farebrother Sullivan trophy defence.
Outrigger teamed up with Nadroga last season where they lost the final of the Digicel Cup to Naitasiri and successfully defended the Farebrother.
Nadroga will feature in the opening game in this week's Digicel Cup competition against Naitasiri at 6pm tomorrow at Ratu Cakobau Park.
Other games on Saturday at 3pm, Rewa meet Lautoka at Burebasaga Grounds, Tailevu meet Nadi at Ratu Cakobau Park, Ovalau take on Macuata at Nasau Park, Suva meet Tavua at the Suva Grammar School Grounds and Navosa meet Northland at Vatureba Park.
