Stage set for Fiji’s biggest trade show
With months of hard work and planning the Total Event Company is promising this year’s Showcase will be the biggest of all in terms of the variety of products in various booths and renowned overseas entertainers, of whom most will be seen for the first time in Fiji.
Total Event Manager Loretta Jackson said all the preparations were concluded yesterday and Fiji Showcase 2010 doors will open at midday today.
And the excitement is building as the international entertainers look forward to gates opening at midday today.
New Zealand’s Rubber Band boy said that since this is his first visit to Fiji, he can’t wait to take to the stage.
The 5 member dance group, USA Breakdancers are also geared up for the Fiji Showcase 2010 with a special treat for the family.
Fiji Showcase mascot Cookie the Clown also said that this year is a special one for him and he has brought along a treat for the children.
The Organisers, Total Event Company said that this will be a chance for the public to get to see international standard entertainment as well as taking advantage of the over 135 booths that will be on display.
The Fiji Showcase 2010 will open today at midday at the Vodafone Arena.
