More people living in squatter settlements are assisted by Save the Children Fiji daily in sending their children to school.
The Chief Executive Officer Chandar Shekar said they get a lot of requests from people asking for assistance and they have found that these cases are genuine.
Shekar revealed that they have been paying for lunch, bus fares and even school fees for students.
