Mosquito spraying campaign begins in Nasinu this morning.
Deputy Mayor Dhiren Sardar said spraying has begun in Narere and will continue this afternoon in other areas of Nasinu.
He added council is concerned about reported dengue cases in Central Division and had called on Nasinu residents to cooperate with council workers.
Meanwhile, Suva City Council Director Health Services Nacanieli Kotoiwasawasa said if the weather continues to be fine today, they mosquito spraying campaign will continue today.
More than 600 people nationwide have been infected with dengue fever and the number is still growing.
The Health Ministry said over 200 cases alone had been confirmed in the Western Division and close to 400 in the Central and Eastern Division.
