This week, on the tenth anniversary of the passing of the 1997 Constitution, the Citizens Constitutional Forum affirms that the spirit of the Constitution must be upheld to move Fiji forward.
Chief Executive Reverend Akuila Yabaki also said they are saddened that since the passing of the 97 Constitution there have been three elections and two coups in Fiji adding that the spirit of the Constitution was not upheld.
Rev Yabaki added that Nacuva's press conference this afternoon where he said he wanted the President Ratu Josefa Iloilo to recall parliament is a good and timely one in light of the Presidential Forum to be held next month.
However, the CCF Head adds all stakeholders must agree to this first.
