Henry Speight is out of contention for the Rio Olympics after suffering a serious knee injury in a rugby sevens practice match on Tuesday.
Speight sustained the severe injury to his right knee during a game against the Australian development team and is expected to be out for up to 12 weeks.
The injury caps off a horror six months for the Brumbies winger, who fractured a bone above his eye following a head clash during a Super Rugby match in March.
The injury will also rule him out for the remainder of the Super Rugby season.
