With the over 70 new graduate doctors coming out of the Fiji School of Medicine (FSM), experienced and specialists are needed.
These are the sentiments of the Dean for the Fiji School of Medicine, Ian Rouse as the dilemma of doctor and trained medical personnel shortage continues to face Fiji.
He added that the issue of specialist doctors exists but is not hard to tackle.
Meanwhile, one of the plans undertaken by FSM to address the issue is opening up of a new campus in Labasa.
