Overseas players coming for the Vodafone Fiji Fact will have to apply for special permits from FRCA.
Fiji Football Association has been instructed by FRCA that those overseas players who do not follow the right procedure will not be allowed to play.
Fiji FA said overseas players cannot come to Fiji on Visitors visa and play for the various teams.
James Naka, George Lui and Elliot Ragomo are the overseas players who will feature for Rewa and Navua next week at Churchill Park.
The Vodafone Fiji Fact kicks off next Thursday and defending Champions, Ba will play Tavua in the first match at 5.30pm.
